5 years after purchasing a house, we made a decision to move out of state for work purposes. That is when our housing nightmare started. We went through multiple real estate agencies with no luck. Someone recommended Kellar Lawrence. They made some suggestions for getting the house ready. After several showings, they had a buyer for our house. The closing process went without a glitch. By that time we were so confident in their skills that we made an offer on a house in our new location. We cannot say enough about Kellar and his team. They are true professionals in actions, not just words.

My family and I were looking to find a bigger house and sell our current one. We started working with The Kellar Lawrence Team due to a recommendation from a friend. We saw a house that we really liked and were ready to buy it. We knew we had to sell our current house first. Kellar Lawrence guaranteed the sale of our home so we could go forward with the purchase and not risk loosing it. What a relief it is that we will not get stuck with two house payments or be homeless. His team approach is also wonderful. They always gave us great professional service and always had time for us. Many thanks to everyone on the team.

We want to thank you for your very good work in selling our two properties in South Carolina. There is always a gamble when you sell, but with your knowledge of the market conditions, you were able to keep the offers high and the sales swift The first property in Waterloo sold for 98% of the listing price in 14 days and the second one in Greenwood sold for 97% of the asking price in 11 days. You can't ask for more than that. You hear of how bad the market is now and you were able to overcome that and get us rapid sales at very good returns. In addition to that, you were very helpful when we purchased the lots we built on 3 1/2 years ago. You provided us with the information and assistance we needed to complete the purchase before we moved to South Carolina. We will always recommend you to anyone wishing to purchase or sell in the Greenwood market.
