We want to thank you for your very good work in selling our two properties in South Carolina. There is always a gamble when you sell, but with your knowledge of the market conditions, you were able to keep the offers high and the sales swift The first property in Waterloo sold for 98% of the listing price in 14 days and the second one in Greenwood sold for 97% of the asking price in 11 days.
